Research Abstract

細胞内Redoxの異常とp38 mitogen activated protein kinaseの活性化とをつなぐ分子としてよく知られているASK-1分子のノックアウトマウスを用いて、ハプテン塗布後の樹状細胞の活性化ならびに所属リンパ節への遊走におけるASK-1分子の重要性を明らかにした。また、この結果は、我々がこれまで提唱してきた接触皮膚炎の感作相における細胞内redox変化とp38 MAPKの活性化の役割を示唆する結果であった
