Research Abstract

我々は最近、メラノーマに発現するbHLH転写因子、MITFをRNAiにて抑制すると、メラノーマがアポトーシスに陥り、増殖が阻止できることを見出した。本研究では、さらなる発展として、IL-12免疫遺伝子療法との併用により、それらの相乗作用によるより強力なメラノーマの抑制に成功した。さらに、ナノDDSによるsiRNA導入を試みるとともに、膜透過性ペプチドによるMITF特異的分子標的療法の試みを行った。
