| Research Abstract |
薬剤性過敏症症候群(DIHS)とStevens-Johnson 症候群(SJS)/中毒性表皮壊死症(TEN)の血中の制御性T 細胞(Treg)の量と機能を解析し、DIHS では発症初期のTreg の増加がヘルペスウイルスの再活性化をもたらしている可能性が示唆され、一方、SJS/TEN ではTreg の機能低下がエフェクターT 細胞の過度の活性化をきたし、このために表皮の傷害を引き起こしている可能性が示唆された。
