| Research Abstract |
IL-31Tgマウスでは, 脱毛,激しい掻痒行動および血清IgEレベルの上昇が認められた. これらの所見は, リコンビナントIL-31(rIL-31)を正常マウスに投与することにより観察された. IL-31による脱毛は毛周期に関わる毛器官形成シグナル伝達因子によって調節されること, 掻痒に関してはrIL-31の投与によりレセプターの発現が増強すること, 血清IgEレベルの上昇はT細胞からのTh2サイトカイン分泌増強によって促進されることなどが判明した.
