Research Abstract

MS(多発性硬化症)のサブタイプであるNMOで視床下部脱髄がある症例の血清を検討したところ、約半数の症例でAQP4抗体が検出された。視床下部の病変はAQP4抗体の免疫反応により引き起こされたものと考えている。将来的には傍正中視床下部脱随における、2次性の過眠症の一つの疾患概念が確立できる可能性がある。
摂食障害(AN)群とcontrol群においてCSF中のオレキシン値に差は認められなかったが、AgRPはAN群で3-8倍に増加していた。
