| Research Abstract |
本研究は、パニック障害患者を対象にゲノムワイド関連解析(Genome-wide associationstudy)を行なうものである。東京大学精神神経科を中心とする当グループは、すでに日本人患者のサンプルを1100例(世界最大規模)収集した。その中の患者200例(と健康対照者200例)について、Affymetric社の500K SNPチップを使用し全ゲノム解析を行った結果、アリル頻度の患者-対照比較で有意差(P<0.0001)を示す50個のSNPsが見出された。現在さらに800例について全ゲノム解析を進めている.
