Research Abstract |
我々は統合失調症にみられる海馬Aktの発現減少が統合失調症の症状を惹起するとの仮説を立てた。この仮説に基づき独自に開発したラットX線照射モデルを用いて, このモデルに見られる行動異常や脳組織病理所見を遺伝子の中枢神経細胞への選択的導入で修復できるかどうかを検証したが、導入したラットの解析では有意な効果が認められなかった。以上の理由により, 本研究計画については本年度内限りで中止することを決定した。
