| Research Abstract |
アルツハイマー病の原因として考えられているアミロイドベータ(Aβ)が集まってできる重合体の作製条件を検討、調整した。そして、この重合体が神経系の細胞であるN2a neuroblastoma 細胞に与える細胞毒性について調べた。加えるAβ重合体の濃度が高くなるにつれて、細胞死がより生じることが確認された。また、Aβによる細胞死の機序として活性酸素が関与しているのかについて検討した。
