| Research Abstract |
アルツハイマー型認知症における神経病理学的変化がプレパルスインヒビションを制御する神経回路に影響すると考えられ、プレパルスインヒビションの測定がアルツハイマー型認知症の前駆段階と考えられる健忘型軽度認知障害、軽度アルツハイマー型認知症、正常加齢を判別するための簡便な非侵襲的検査として応用できる可能性がある。
