Research Abstract |
In the present study, we identified the gene, plasticity-related gene 1 (Prg1), targeted by a transcription factor Math2 which is an antidepressant related gene. Our results may support the hypothesis that Math2-Prg1 mediated plastic changes of nervous system in frontal cortex are involved with therapeutic action of antidepressants.
