Research Abstract

統合失調症患者を対象にComparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH)アレイにて17q11部分に1.4Mbのヘテロな欠失がある患者を見出し、症例報告を行った。次に348人の一般的な統合失調症患者と350人の健常被験者を対象にPMP22の関連解析を行ったが関連はなく、新たなPMP22のコピー数多型を示す患者も見られなかった。
