| Research Abstract |
2007年度から2008年度にかけ200例のPSA高値患者のMRIを実施した。得られた画像から3D構築を行いDWIの画像とのfusionを行った。この画像から超音波モードにて経直腸的な画像に任意再構成できるシステム構築を行った。事前にMRIにて広範囲の画像を得て生検方法をシミュレーションすることが可能となり、合併症としての出血、急性前立腺炎の予防などさらなる安全性の向上にもつながると考えられた。
