Research Abstract

3Tという強い磁場強度を持つMR装置が臨床に用いられる様になり、MR血管撮像の画質が大きく変化した。本研究は、それにより動脈瘤及び狭窄性病変の描出能がどのように変化したかを比較検討した。それと同時に、高磁場における撮像条件の最適化を行った。高い磁場により増加したSNRを、マトリックス数を増加させることによる高分解化に利用する事で、評価を向上させる事ができる。また、最適化した撮像条件において視覚評価及び定量評価両面において、画質が向上している事が確認出来た。
