Research Abstract

培養細胞を温熱療法、放射線療法、種々の抗がん剤で処理してその併用効果について検討した。その併用効果は相加的に認められる場合と相加的効果を上回る効果が認められる場合がある。その作用機序として温熱療法や放射線による細胞に対する亜致死障害の回復を抗がん剤が阻害する可能性があると考えられた。また、逆に抗がん剤による細胞に対する亜致死障害の回復を温熱療法あるいは放射線療法が阻害する可能性があると考えられた。
