Research Abstract |
PTLはwtp53遺伝子を保有するヒト肺癌A549細胞において有意な抗腫瘍増感効果を示した。そのメカニズムは転写因子NF-κB活性の阻害により細胞周期のG_1 arrest、apoptosisの誘導によるがNF-κBシグナル経路にはp53-independentであった。
