Research Abstract

臓器移植より多くの命が救われるようになった一方で、慢性拒絶による臓器不全で死に至る場合が少なくない。慢性拒絶の発生機構を知ることを目的として、ラット気管の大網移植モデルにより同種の免疫依存性ならびに免疫非依存性の気管閉塞に関わる因子を同定した。これらの分子群の機能調節によって、移植された臓器組織の生着率の向上につながるかどうか検討を重ねたい。
