| Research Abstract |
目的:S-1の抗腫瘍効果が遺伝子多型と、2-13Curaci1呼気テスト(UrBT)の呼気中13CO2変化で予測可能であるかを検討した。対象と方法;胃癌16例、大腸癌13例、膵臓癌4例の計34例の転移・再発症例を対象とした。遺伝子はCYP2A6遺伝子多型を対象とし、UrBTは初回S-1内服前と初回内服3時間後の2回施行し、60分間の13CO2排出量(Σ60)を検討した。結果:抗癌効果を認めたグループと病状の進行を認めたグループの間に有意差を認めたのは、初回S-1内服後のΣ60値であった。結論:UrBTの結果から、S-1内服後の抗癌効果が予測できる可能性が認められた。
