Research Abstract

基礎実験として、進行甲状腺乳頭癌が正常甲状腺組織細胞と比較してtelomere長が短縮していることを組織Q-FISH法にて確認した。甲状腺未分化癌の培養細胞をでは、telomere短縮とsubtelomere異常が存在していた。Telomere代謝と甲状腺癌との関連を明らかにすることが出来たので、今後は細胞診検体を用いての臨床応用への展開を模索したい。
