Research Abstract

癌転移の詳細な機構は未だ解明途上であるが、本研究において我々はケモカイン・ケモカインレセプターネットワークに着目し、特に食道扁平上皮癌における転移との関連を検討した。結果、胸部食道扁平上皮癌におけるケモカインレセプターCCR7の発現とリンパ節転移及び予後は極めて強い相関を示し、これらの分子が癌転移の成立に深く関わっている可能性が示唆された。現在、基礎研究及び癌転移モデルマウスを用いて詳細な転移機構を研究中である。
