Research Abstract

これまで肝虚血再灌流障害防止法として白血球・血管内皮の相互作用に着目して、超酸素分子分解酵素などを投与して防止効果を判定してきたが、これらは虚血後の肝微小循環動態を改善したものの、虚血後肝障害を十分に防ぐことはできなかった。そこで、本研究では白血球、類洞内皮以外の要因として血小板に着目して研究を行った。血小板を蛍光染色して肝虚血再灌後の血小板動態を解析したところ、クッパー細胞の存在下で血小板は虚血再灌流後に類洞内皮と膠着し、微小循環障害へとつながることが明らかとなった。
