| Research Abstract |
肝切除時ミラノ基準内で、その後ミラノ基準外の再発をきたしたものと、肝切除時ミラノ基準外であったものの再発を認めなかった症例で比較すると67 遺伝子が前者で発現増強していた。肝細胞癌においては36%の症例にezrin 発現がみられ、CK19 の発現と有意に関連しており、それは独立した有意な再発危険因子であることを見出した。JHH1 株に対してsiRNA を利用し、ezrin 発現を抑制すると増殖能が抑制された。肝内胆管癌ではNotch2 が癌細胞に、そのリガンドであるJagged1 が癌細胞と間質細胞に発現していることを明らかにした。
