Research Abstract

ケラチノサイト増殖因子受容体 (KGFR)は、上皮細胞の増殖、分化に重要な役割を果たしている。膵臓癌培養細胞に対しrecombinant KGFを投与すると、VEGF-AとMMP-9の発現増加が認められ、一方、KGFに対するshort hairpin RNA(shRNA)を遺伝子導入すると、VEGF-AとMMP-9の発現が減少した。膵臓癌ではKGF/KGFR系がVEGF-A、MMP-9を介して癌の浸潤転移に関与している可能性が考えられた
