| Research Abstract |
本研究において、同種移植後の移植片がMRSAの増殖を抑制する機能を獲得しており移植片局所における特異的炎症反応の存在(T cell response、IFNγ・TNFα の遺伝子発現)を確認した。更に、同種移植時に発現するIFNγの刺激により抗感染性に関与すると考えられるIDOが移植片局所において遺伝子・蛋白レベルで発現していることが確認できた。移植片のIDOと抗感染性との関連については、特にIDOによるTrp代謝産物の系に注目して検証した。Trp代謝
産物のうち3-Hydroxykynurernineが抗菌活性を持つことが確認された。これらの結果は、同種移植後IFNγの刺激により移植片に発現したIDOが移植片のもつ抗感染性のメカニズムにおいて重要な役割を担っていることを示唆し、ホモグラフトのMRSA感染に対する科学的実証であると考えられた。
