| Research Abstract |
再現性のある電気刺激による心停止部位を同定した(右上肺静脈, 上大静脈の合流部辺縁の心外膜、左上肺静脈-左房接合部上縁)同時刺激により確実に心停止が再現性をもち得られることが判明.有効刺激値は周波数25Hz, 出力10V, パルス幅2ms であった.
さらに本方法による心停止許容時間の研究では, 心収縮力, 心筋酸素飽和度の測定から15 分が現段階での許容範囲と考えられた.
