| Research Abstract |
術前のシミュレーション下ナビゲーション胸腔鏡手術に関する研究を行い, 低侵襲手術の安全性, 確実性の増加と共に, 教育への貢献, 医療従事者・患者に優しい手術をめざして研究を施行した。術前のマルチスライス造影CT スキャン画像をもとに構成した3D 画像により, 肺動静脈の走行, 葉間の状態のシミュレーションが可能であった肺葉切除術患者34例を対象とした研究から, 胸腔鏡下肺癌手術における手術の安全性, 確実性および教育の観点から術前シミュレーション下ナビゲーション紙上手術の有用性が示された。
