Research Abstract

ZD6474とエンドスタチンとの併用療法を行うためにZD6474の至適濃度を決定した。さらに肺腺癌細胞株にendostatin遺伝子導入し、形質導入を確認した。ZD6474とエンドスタチンとの併用療法を行うための基礎実験を施行した。
