Research Abstract |
For the purpose of developing immunotherapy as new modalities against lung cancer patients with poor prognosis, it is necessary to elucidate tumor-specific immune responses during progression and metastasis of tumors. In this study, we succeeded in detecting several tumor-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes against primary and metastatic lung cancer. Among them, ribosomal protein L19 was identified as a novel over-expressed tumor antigen.
