Research Abstract

悪性胸膜中皮腫はアスベスト曝露をその主な原因とする職業性・環境性疾患であり、今後、罹患数、死亡者数ともに増加が予想されが、極めて予後不良である。本研究において接着因子、増殖因子変異を解析として検討をしたうえで、手術症例から、2例の細胞株の樹立に成功した。また、腫瘍局所の液性免疫応答を解析し、4種類の抗原遺伝子を同定し、現時点で解析可能な2抗原に対する血清抗体価の腫瘍マーカーとしての有用性が示唆された。
