| Research Abstract |
Computational fluid dynamicsをもちいて、未破裂脳動脈瘤の形態学的特徴より、破裂リスクを検討した。動脈瘤仮想モデルと実症例の臨床データを分析して、動脈瘤頚部と母血管軸の位置関係を検討した。
仮想動脈瘤と患者特異動脈瘤の両モデルともに、母血管軸に対する頚部の位置関係がわずかに変わるだけで、二次流れの発生など瘤内血流が変化することがわかり、これが破裂へのプロセスに関与することが示唆された。
