Research Abstract

正常細胞に影響を与えず腫瘍細胞のみを細胞死へ誘導するTNF Related Apoptosis Inducing Factor(TRAIL)あるいは抗腫瘍性サイトカインであるインターロイキン(IL)12 遺伝子を組み込んだ幹細胞を悪性グリオーマに対する治療用細胞として利用する可能性を探るべく、ヒト可溶性TRAIL を分泌させるためのベクターの構築、ヒトIL12 分泌用ベクターの構築ならびに我々が開発したグリオーマ特異的抗体を利用し治療標的性を持たせるために抗体遺伝子を導入用のベクターを構築した。さらにグリオーマの標的療法に利用できる薬物の検討も行い、MMI-166、Fasudil ならびにArucanolide がヒト・グリオーマ細胞に対して抗腫瘍効果を持つことが示唆される結果を得た。
