Research Abstract

脳出血後の機能回復を目指して、ES由来神経幹細胞(ES-NSC)および骨髄間質幹細胞(BM-MSC)の共同移植を行った。脳出血モデルラットを作成し、9日目に病巣部に106個ずつを共同移植した。ES-NSC単独移植群と比較して、共同移植群に行動学的に有意な改善は認めなかったが、病巣近傍脳に多数のES細胞由来神経細胞を認めた。共培養実験では、ES-NSC分画に残存して含まれた未分化ES細胞に由来する未分化関連指標の早期消失と神経系分化指標の出現促進が観察された。
