| Research Abstract |
コンドロイチナーゼABCの脊髄損傷後の運動、知覚機能不全の改善作用につき明らかにすることを目的として研究を行った。脊髄損傷後における、脊髄再生において、コンドロイチナーゼABC0.05U/200Lが運動機能回復に置いて至適投与量であった。またこの酵素は脊髄損傷後に発症する痛みにも効果を認める事ができた。現在椎間板ヘルニアにたいしての臨床応用が可能となってきており、脊髄損傷患者にいち早く臨床応用可能と考えている。
