| Research Abstract |
膀胱癌の治療標的分子として同定されたC7orf24の骨肉腫における意義を明らかにすることを目的とした. C7orf24は骨肉腫腫瘍組織で高発現していたが、発現導入実験では、明らかな表現型を誘導できず、発現抑制実験では特定の細胞株では著しい形態変化を導いたが、普遍的な現象ではなかった. アポトーシス等の細胞死との関連も検出されず、C7orf24の骨肉腫における治療標的としての明確な意義を示す結果は得られなかった.
