Research Abstract

肺転移を好発するマウス骨肉腫LM8を用いて、アンギオテンシンIIによる血管収縮を抑制するAngiotensin II receptor antagonist (Candesartan (CV-11974))の抗腫瘍効果及び抗体療法として抗IL-2レセプターα (CD25)モノクローナル抗体(PC61)や抗IL-2モノクローナル抗体(S4B6)を投与した場合における抗腫瘍効果が確認された。
