Research Abstract

除負荷は整形外科的治療において不可避的に発生し、関節構成体の生体力学的特性を著しく劣化させる。本研究は、IL-1受容体アンタゴニストが除負荷された膝蓋腱コラーゲン線維束自体には影響を与えず、コラーゲン線維束間の力学的相互作用、コラーゲン線維束と他のマトリックス成分間の力学的相互作用に影響を与えることを示唆した。また、除負荷により膝蓋腱線維芽細胞に過剰発現したサイトカインを制御することにより力学的強度の減少を抑制できる可能性を明らかにした。
