Research Abstract

Apolipoprotein B(ApoB)遺伝子がステロイド性大腿骨頭壊死症の発生と関連をもつことが明らかになっている。この発見はステロイドがIONを誘発する機序の解明の一助となると考えている。ステロイド投与前にApoB、ABCB1およびCBPの遺伝子多型を解析し、ステロイド性大腿骨頭壊死症を発生しやすい患者を同定する方法を考案した。この方法により将来開発される有効な予防措置を効率よく適応することができると考えている。
