Research Abstract |
関節リウマチの動物モデルラットでは、体液を保持する働きがあるホルモンのバソプレシンと新陳代謝の制御や免疫反応に関わるホルモンのコルチコステロンの血液中濃度が上昇した。この機序として、下垂体後葉から分泌されるバソプレシンが、副腎皮質刺激ホルモンの分泌刺激を通してコルチコステロン濃度を上昇させることを、視床下部バソプレシン分泌神経細胞と神経線維が緑色に光る遺伝子を導入したラットを用いて明らかにした。
