Research Abstract

長短時間作用性選択的β1遮断薬(ランジオロール)の虚血心筋保護作用機序を単離モルモット心を用いて調べた。ランジオロールは虚血再灌流心に対し、心保護作用を有し、その心保護作用は心仕事量減少とは無関係であることが分かった。さらに、虚血による活性酸素産生を抑制し、フォスフォランバンのリン酸化を抑制する事が判明した。
