| Research Abstract |
作用機序の異なる麻酔薬(ケタミンおよびペントバルビタール)でラットの頭部手術を行った後の松果体からのメラトニン遊離に与える影響を投与時間による差異に着目してマイクロダイアリシス法を用いて調べた。ケタミン麻酔で手術を行った場合、昼間(ラットの休息期)の手術後はメラトニン上昇の位相に変化はなかったが、夜間(ラットの活動期)の手術後は位相の前方へのシフトが見られた。
