Research Abstract

還元型ヘモグロビンー亜硝酸反応によって生成された一酸化窒素が脳虚血再灌流後の梗塞領域軽減効果をもたらし、ひいては脳神経障害軽減に確かにかかわっていることが機序とともに示され、脳保護の可能性につながる非常に重要で意義ある結果が得られた。
