Research Abstract

本研究目的は、膀胱に効率良く薬剤を局所投与する方法の開発である。まず、薬剤の効果をマウスで判定できる新たな排尿評価方法を確立した。受容体に結合するベクター(遺伝子の担体)の開発に取り組んだが、導入効率の上昇は認めなかった。そこで、ゼラチンを直接添付して薬剤を徐放する方法を採用した。下部尿路閉塞時に産生される増殖因子bFGF(塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子)が、平滑筋の刺激性の増強を介して、過活動膀胱を誘導することを示した。
