Research Abstract

我々は既報のマウス腎癌に対するミニ移植モデル(Cancer Res, 65 : 10032, 2005)に続いて、今回、マウス膀胱癌に対するミニ移植モデルを確立した。末梢血および腫瘍局所におけるドナー細胞の実際の動きをより詳細に検討した結果、ドナー由来のCD4陽性T細胞が抗腫瘍効果の誘導に重要であることを証明した。また、ミニ移植において、腫瘍抗原ペプチドを用いたドナーの前感作を行い、腫瘍抗原特異的な免疫反応を加えることで、抗腫瘍効果の増強が誘導できることを示し、臨床応用の可能性が示唆された。
