| Research Abstract |
膀胱知覚に関与する神経とGap結合を介しコミュニケーションを持つ膀胱粘膜下層のmyofibroblastは、過活動膀胱(OAB)発生メカニズムに深く関与している可能性がある。OABモデルおよび間質性膀胱炎標本を用い、OAB発症メカニズムを解析した。OABモデルにおいて膀胱粘膜下層のmyofibroblast数は著明に増生し、Gap結合タンパクであるconnexin、さらにAT1の発現亢進が認められた。これらによる細胞間コミュニケーション亢進異常がOAB発症メカニズムの1つと考えられた。
