Research Abstract

1. 腎癌及び膀胱癌細胞株においてHypoxia Inducible Factor (HIF) 1α& 2αそれぞれを強制発現または発現抑制させたクローンを作製しました。
2. HIFαを強制発現させると、低酸素環境下でも増殖が抑制されにくい傾向が認められました。
3. それぞれの癌細胞株に対して、酸素濃度依存性に感受性に差が報告されている薬剤(インターフェロン、テラルビシン、マイトマイシン)を作用させてみたところ、HIFαを強制発現させた細胞群に抵抗性が増加する傾向が見られました。
