Research Abstract |
本研究において、これまでほとんど研究がなされていなかった進行性尿路上皮癌における転写因子NF-kBの役割と、新規NF-kB活性阻害剤DHMEQの作用、その阻害機構が解明された。これをもとに抗癌剤CPT-11によるNF-kB活性化をDHMEQにより抑制することにより、膀胱癌に対する抗腫瘍効果の増強が示された。DHMEQとCPT-11の併用は新規膀胱癌治療として期待できると考えられた。
