Research Abstract

1移植腎においてthyroidizationを認める症例では感染、尿路のうっ滞、逆流など何らかの尿路系合併症を有している症例もみられる。このような症例では移植腎機能の予後に影響する可能性もあり無視できない所見と考えられる。
2移植腎針生検の本数が多いほど情報が多く正確な診断が可能であった。検体が1本での病理診断は正診率が低く、2本以上の検体が必要と考えられた。
