Research Abstract

従来初期胚の段階で行われてきた筋強直性ジストロフィーに対する着床前診断を、診断に供する割球の増加を目的として胚盤胞期に行うことを前提に研究を行った。単一細胞を用いてのPCR でのDNA 増幅、胚盤胞期での胚生検、プライマーの組み合せを替えての複数のプロトコールでのPCR 施行等の実験により、本疾患に対する胚盤胞での着床前診断の臨床応用への可能性と診断精度の向上が期待できる解析結果が得られた。
