Research Abstract

当大学病院産婦人科は妊娠または授乳中に薬物療法を受けている母体に対する情報支援事業を実施しており、平成20年4月に「妊娠と薬剤情報センター拠点病院」として認定された。日本では妊産褥婦に対する薬剤投与はデータがないため禁忌とされる場合が多い。しかし、最近、向精神薬を内服している妊婦や、妊娠の高年齢化にともない産科合併症(妊娠高血圧など)で降圧剤を内服している妊婦や合併症持つ妊婦(自己免疫疾患や糖尿病など)に遭遇することが多くなっている。そこで、妊産褥婦に対する薬剤情報提供は必要不可欠であると考えられている。対象患者として、1. 薬剤を内服している、あるいはこれから内服する妊婦あるいは授乳中の褥婦、2. 血液疾患(白血病やリンフォーマ等)で卵巣毒性と防御に関する情報提供を行うことを考えている。現在、ホームページを立ち上げ一般に対してアナウンス段階に入った。なお、動物実験を実施師、遺伝子レベルで変化を起こすものを抽出するためのマイクロアレイを実施した。
今後詳細なデータベースの蓄積、管理、再編成、患者追跡の充実を行っている。そのために実験情報や測定データを一元化して管理・提供し、情報共有を図るITプラットホームとして機能する「統合データベース」の開発および充実を図ってきた。
