| Research Abstract |
本研究ではマウス単一卵子から抽出したtotal RNAをRibo-SPIA法にて遺伝子増幅した場合の、遺伝子発現解析結果の信頼性を検討した。卵子に高頻度に発現する4遺伝子(H1foo, GAPDH, βActin, Eef1a)は、単一卵子からの微少RNAをサンプルとしても高い再現性を持って線形に増幅され、この増幅法により加齢による卵子の遺伝子発現変化を解析可能であった。
