Research Abstract

生殖細胞マーカー糖タンパク質TEX101はuPAR/Ly-6スーパーファミリーに属するGPIアンカー型タンパク質である。本研究において我々はTEX101が同じスーパーファミリーに属するLy6kと共役していることを明らかにした。本スーパーファミリーには細胞の接着・遊走に関与する分子が多く、今後TEX101及びLy6k遺伝子を培養細胞に導入し、両分子の細胞接着・遊走への関与を解析する予定である。
